In the FR&R Healthcare Bulletin HC 2009-57 that was issued on December 17, 2009 and titled “Updated Part B Schedule for Outpatient Therapy Services,” we included an attachment of the new rates effective January 1, 2010. On December 21, 2009, the President signed the Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2010 which included a 2 month freeze on the physician fee schedule rates, effective from January 1, 2010 through February 28, 2010.
